How To Place An Order

Order online and a member of our sales team will automatically send you an invoice to pay either by credit or debit card, or by PayPal.

We endavour to dispatch your order the same day either by Royal Mail or next day courier delivery on all orders paid for before 3pm.

 

 

Terms & Conditions

 

Payment & Invoicing Terms :

 

1. All payments are to be made in full, before goods are dispatched, unless you have a credit account which has to be agreed in writing.

2. Agreed credit terms for all buyers are 30 days from date of invoice.

3. The title in goods shall not pass from Travelin-Lite Ltd to the buyer until all monies owing in respect of those goods has been paid to Travelin-lite in full. Until the title of the goods has been transferred to the buyer, Travelin-Lite Ltd reserves the entitlement to the immediate return of the goods and the buyer hereby irrevocably authorises Travelin-Lite Ltd to recover the goods and enter any premises of the buyer for that purpose.

4. VAT & all indirect taxes, duties & levies are, unless otherwise stated, payable in addition to the prices quoted. Invoices will be posted upon despatch of the goods.

5. Travelin-Lite Ltd reserves the right to apply interest, which is payable at 2% per month or part thereof in respect of any late payments to the agreed credit terms.

6. Travelin-Lite Ltd may use its connection with the buyer in it's advertising of it's goods.

7. All goods will be carefully inspected before delivery to ensure that they are free from defects & general compliance with the order.

8. The buyer must examine the goods immediately upon delivery and within 7 days thereafter notify Travelin-Lite Ltd in writing of any defects and returned any alleged defective parts to Travelin-Lite Ltd at the buyers cost, in the event that no liability attaches to Travelin-Lite Ltd in respect of defects. In default, the buyer will be deemed to have examined and the accepted the goods.

 

Travelin-Lite Warranty :

 

Products manufactured & sold by Travelin-Lite Ltd are warranted to be free from defects in materials & workmanship for a period of 12 months under normal use. If a product sold by Travelin-Lite Ltd proves to be defective, Travelin-Lite Ltd will repair or replace it free of charge within the first year.

 

All warranties are non-transferable and do not apply to any products damaged by accident, physical or electrical misuse or abuse, improper installation, alteration, any use contrary to it's intended function, unauthorised service, fire, flood, lightening, or other acts of God. Our warranty limits Travelin-Lite Ltd liability to the repair or replacement of the product only. Travelin-Lite Ltd shall not be responsible for removal and / or any incidental or reinstallation charges, damages to or theft of the vehicle or its contents, or any incidental or consequential damage cause by any failure or alleged failure of the product to function properly. Travelin-Lite Ltd neither assumes nor authorises any person or organisation to make any warranties or assume any liabilities in connection with the sale, installation or use of Travelin-Lite Ltd products.

 

Returning Products :

 

Please ensure to contact Travelin-Lite before making a return. We require a copy of the delivery note or invoice to be returned with the goods along with a description of the fault. Any goods to be found in working order will be returned and if you do not want them returned, a 25% handling fee to the value of the goods will be charged. If the goods are found to be faulty, a replacement will be sent to you. Travelin-Lite Ltd is not responsible for the cost of return carriage to or from our premises.

 

Privacy Policy :

 

All payments are processed through PayPal on a secure server. We do not store, or share any credit card information with third parties.
